1. Who charges you

Paid MenuSafe plans are sold and charged by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd(“Paddle”). Paddle processes the payment, issues your invoice/receipt and handles VAT. Your payment contract is with Paddle; these terms describe how cancellation and refunds work in practice.

2. Subscriptions & billing period

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance for each period (monthly, unless stated otherwise) at the price shown at checkout. Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.

3. How to cancel

  • Cancel any time from Billing in your MenuSafe dashboard, or via the management link in your Paddle receipt e-mail.
  • After cancellation your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for; the account then reverts to the Free plan. Your menus and data are not deleted by a downgrade.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Because the service is provided digitally and immediately, this right may end once provision has begun with your consent, to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Contact us at growempire94@gmail.comor use the “Contact support” link on your Paddle receipt, stating your account e-mail and the charge. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it. If it keeps failing, the subscription may be paused or cancelled and the account reverts to the Free plan.
